Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc Lai Xuan Lam made this statement in a meeting to contribute ideas to draft Documents submitted to the 13th National Party Congress held by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee in Hanoi, on November 2.

Mr. Lai Xuan Lam wished that the youth of the Central Agencies Bloc, representing typical young cadres and civil servants, and representatives of young entrepreneurs and armed forces nationwide, would actively discuss, exchange and make suggestions on the draft documents submitted to the 13th National Party Congress.
Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee Nguyen Ngoc Luong stressed that making suggestions on the draft Documents submitted to the 13th National Party Congress is a mission and an opportunity to express the intelligence and enthusiasm of the youth.
He said that all union members and young people nationwide set up plans and organized an array of meetings and programs to collect ideas through many channels and various ways with innovative organization methods such as collecting ideas on social networks and through columns opened on press agencies of the Union.
At the conference, most delegates agreed with the draft Documents, saying that the Documents were prepared carefully, seriously, scientifically, and systematically with close structure, and with contents fully reflecting the results of realizing tasks which were identified by the 12th National Party Congress./.
