Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan 

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, First Secretary of the 11th Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Central Committee (term 2017-2022), was appointed as Chairman of the National Committee on Youth of Vietnam (NCYV), replacing Le Quoc Phong who was assigned another task.

The National Committee on Youth of Vietnam is the Government leader’s advisory body on youth work, assisting the Prime Minister in studying and directing ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies and other related agencies and organizations to handle important and interdisciplinary affairs on youth.

According to the Prime Minister’s Decision 1328/QD-TTg, the First Secretary of the HCYU Central Committee is trusted to be Chairman of the National Committee on Youth of Vietnam. The Permanent Deputy Heads are Secretaries of the HCYU Central Committee. Members are leaders of many ministries, departments, sectors and unions./.
