(13th Congress) – Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper (CPV) on October 19 will hold an online talk to receive suggestions on the draft documents to the 13th National Party Congress.

The talk aims to clarify groups of contents and issues that need to receive suggestions, thus contributing to gathering and promoting people’s wisdom and right of mastery over planning the nation’s important policies and guidelines till 2025, with a vision to 2030 and 2045; helping increase the quality of draft documents to be submitted to the 13th National Party Congress; and fostering people's trust in the Party, and making the Party's will in line with the people's hearts.
Le Manh Hung, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Commission on Popularization and Education, Director of the 13th National Party Congress Press Center; Nguyen Huu Nghia, Deputy Head of the PCC Commission on Economics; Prof. Dr. Phung Huu Phu, former PCC member, Deputy Head of the PCC Theoretical Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong, Secretary-General and a permanent member of the PCC Theoretical Council; Dr. Cao Viet Sinh, former Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment; and Nguyen Tuc, a member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Presidium, will answer readers’ questions sent to the talk.
