(13th Congress) - Vice State President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh has suggested Vinh Phuc province to continue to increase the studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, including the great President’s example in emulation.

She made the statement during her attendance at the 5th Vinh Phuc Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress, term 2020-2025, on September 16.
During the congress, she confirmed that it was great honour for Vinh Phuc to welcome Uncle Ho to visit 8 times; therefore, it should further increase emulation movements.
In addition, the Vice State President urged the province to increase Party building and rectification as well as the building of the political system; promote cultural and human value; boost technological and innovation development for increased industrialization and modernization, enhancing the quality of growth for rapid and sustainable development.
She also asked the province to maintain defence, security and social order; expand international cooperation and integration, striving to build Vinh Phuc into a modern industrial province and one of the industrial, tourism and service centers in the northern region and of the whole country.
Authorized by the State President, she awarded the third-class Labour Order to the province for its excellent achievements in COVID-19 prevention./.
