Addressing the working meeting, Pham Minh Chinh praised and appreciated the achievements made by the Central Public Security Party Committee, especially in maintaining security and order, contributing to the whole country’s achievements in realizing the 12th National Party Congress resolution.
He suggested that the Party Committee should promote the achievements, maintain solidarity in addressing difficulties, and direct well the preparations for Party Congresses at the grassroots and above grassroots levels, looking towards to the 7th Congress of the Central Public Security Committee.
“Party Congresses’ documents should show strategic vision and breakthrough thought, focusing on lessons of Party building,” he said.
He added that the preparations for personnel work to Party organizations should be made in an unbiased, pure and democratic manner, in order to choose deserving people in terms of virtue and capacity, especially prestigious persons in the Party and people./.
