The congress will be attended by 346 delegates, representing over 29,000 Party members across the province.

On this occasion, the province also dedicates attaches plates to seven works to welcome the 16^th Kon Tum Provincial Party Congress, with a total investment capital of thousands of billions of dongs.

The draft political report submitted to the 16th Kon Tum Provincial Party Congress shows that the province’s average economic growth in the 2016-2020 period reaches 9.13%/year, meeting the target set by the Resolution. The state budget revenue by 2020 reaches over 3,500 billion VND; while per capita income is about 31.5 million.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Creation - Development", the 16th Kon Tum Provincial Party Congress will adopted many important contents, such as: The political report with the theme about strengthening building the clean and strong Party Committee and political system; dynamic, creative; promoting the strength of national unity; maintaining national defense and security; and mobilizing, exploiting and efficiently using resources to make Kon Tum province develop quickly and sustainably.

The congress will elect 50/51 members of the Executive Board of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 period, elect 15 members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, 11 members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, and 15 official delegates to attend the 13th National Party Congress./.
