During the meeting, the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee asked for direction from the Politburo and the Secretariat on personnel plans for the 2020-2025 term, confirming that the personnel plans had been prepared thoroughly in line with regulations in terms of standard, structure, quantities and age. 

Addressing the meeting, NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan agreed with the subject, structure and contents of the draft documents and personnel plans for the provincial Party Congress. 

She appreciated the province’s achievements, especially the right shifting of economic structure and improvement of the investment environment. 

She urged the province to pay attention to complete the planning for the province from 2021 to 2030, with a vision to 2050; promote border economic and trade development; take all advantages to boost tourism and hi-tech development; and complete synchronous infrastructure. 

Mrs. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, Party Central Committee member and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, confirmed that the provincial Party Committee would receive the contributions and complete the political report to the provincial Party Congress, and develop specific solutions for achieving targets and plans set in the upcoming term.

The provincial Party Congress is expected to be organized from September 25-28./.
