Accordingly, Group 1, chaired by Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Politburo member and Prime Minister, worked with the Lam Dong, Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc provincial Party Committees.

Group 2, led by Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Politburo member and Chairwoman of the National Assembly, worked with the Party Committee of Quang Ninh province.

Group 3, chaired by Tran Quoc Vuong, Politburo member and standing member of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Secretariat, worked with the Party Committees of Yen Bai, Thai Nguyen, Lao Cai, Nam Dinh, Binh Thuan, Kon Tum and Gia Lai provinces.

Representatives from the PCC Commissions, the Office of the PCC and some ministries and agencies also attended the meetings.

During the meeting, Politburo and Secretariat members contributed ideas to the Party Committees’ draft documents to the Party Congresses.

In particular, for the draft political reports and draft resolutions of the Party Committees, they commented on the subjects and structures; goals and solutions; basic contents; and large orientations mentioned in the draft political report of the 13^th National Party Congress which related directly to the provincial Party Committees.

They also contributed ideas to the preparations of personnel work, the quantities of Executive and Standing Boards, the standard of personnel, especially in terms of age, female personnel and re-elected personnel.

Based on the contributions, the centrally-governed Party Committees will continue to complete the draft documents and personnel work to successfully organize the Party Congresses term 2020-2025.

As of August 22, the Politburo worked with 15 of 67 centrally-governed Party Committees./.
