On October 20, before the opening ceremony of the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly (NA), leaders of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Font and NA deputies laid a wreath of flowers and paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh.
At 7:30am, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan led the delegation from National Assembly Building to lay a wreath of flowers and entered the Mausoleum to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh.
Before the soul of President Ho Chi Minh, the leaders of the Party, State and NA deputies expressed their endless gratitude to his merit for the cause of the glorious revolution of the Party and the nation.

After paying tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, NA deputies returned to NA Building to attend the preparation session for the opening ceremony of the 10th session of the 14th NA, which took place on October 20.

At this session, NA continues to organize both online and concentrated meetings divided into two periods. In the first one, the NA meets online through live broadcast from the NA Building to 63 NA delegations of 63 provinces and cities across the country from October 20-27th and in the second period, the NA will meet at NA Building from November 2 -17.
