The results of the election of the Executive Board of the Municipal Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term was announced at the 17th Hanoi Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term on the morning of October 13.
Announced at the event were the results of the first meeting of the Executive Board of the 17th Municipal Party Committee; results of the election of the Standing Board, Secretary, and Deputy Secretaries; Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Municipal Party Committee’s Inspection Commission.
According to the announced results, the congress elected 71 members to the Executive Board of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term. The first meeting of the Executive Board of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee elected 16 members to the Standing Board of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
At the first meeting of the Executive Board of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee, Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue, member of the Politburo and Secretary of the 16th Hanoi Party Committee, was elected as the Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term with 100% of votes.
Deputy Secretaries of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee include Chu Ngoc Anh, Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Commmittee; Nguyen Thi Tuyen, Head of the 16th Hanoi Party Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilization; Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Council; and Nguyen Van Phong, Head of the 16th Hanoi Party Committee’s Commission for Popularization and Education.
The Hanoi Party Committee’s Inspection Commission includes 12 members, and Mr. Hoang Trong Quyet, member of the Standing Board of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee, was elected as the Chairman of the Inspection Commission.
Mr. Vuong Dinh Hue was born in 1957 from Nghe An province. He was admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1984. He is a Professor and Doctor of Economics. Mr. Hue is a member of the Party Central Committee for term 10, 11, 12; and member of the 12th Politburo and the Deputy of the 13th and 14th National Assembly./.
