(13th Congress) - On April 21, 24 soldiers belonging to the Level-2 field hospital No 3 left Ho Chi Minh City for joining the United Nations peacekeeping mission for the second phase in the Republic of South Sudan.

Earlier, the 24 soldiers joined training courses on giving injuries first-aid, driving vehicles with trailer, practicing survival skills, and receiving COVID-19 vaccination.
Despite great difficulties during the training caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the soldiers left the country with determination to excellently realize the tasks and return home safely.
Earlier, 33 soldiers of the Level-2 field hospital No 3 set off for the first time. On March 26, the soldiers arrived in South Sudan. After the isolation time as regulated, the soldiers officially undertook the work on April 17./.
