On April 19, Hanoi Youth Union launched the online contest to study the Resolution of 13th National Party Congress and Resolution of the 17th Hanoi City Party Congress at tuoitrehanoi.vn.

The contest aims to disseminate the Resolution of 13th National Party Congress and Resolution of the 17th Hanoi City Party Congress; create a unity of politics, thought and action in the Youth Union, union members and youth levels; uphold the sense of responsibility of cadres, union members and young people, contributing to successfully implementing resolutions.
The contest will be held with two rounds: the weekly round on the online format at tuoitrehanoi.vn and the final round in the form of theatre targeting officials, union members, youth and teachers responsible for youth unions in the capital.
The questions raised in the contest are the basic contents of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 17th Hanoi City Party Congress and the 10 working programmes of the Hanoi City Party Committer, term XVII.
Every week, the Organizing Board will award prizes to youth union with the most contestants in each target block and prizes for the best contestant of the week.
The award includes Certificate of Merit from the Hanoi Youth Union with cash, gifts given to 01 candidate with the most excellent results in all five exam weeks and one unit with the most contestants in five weeks. /.
