The Executive Board of the Lao Cai Party Committee has organized a conference to announce the Secretariat’s Decision on personnel work.

According to the Decision, Mr. Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Central Businesses Bloc’s Party Committee was assigned to be Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Party Committee (term 2020-2025).

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, PCC member, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission of Organization said that Mr. Hoang Giang is a well-trained and experienced officer with solid political bravery and always fulfilled tasks well in all working positions. He believed that, in the new position, Mr. Hoang Giang will promote his quality and working capacity well, contributing to the development of Lao Cai province.

Mr. Hoang Giang was born in 1972, in the central province of Thanh Hoa. He is a Doctor of Military. He has been Deputy Chief of the Office of the PCC’s Commission of Organization, Head of the Commission of Mass Mobilization of the Central Businesses Bloc’s Party Committee, Head of the Commission of Organization of the Central Businesses Bloc’s Party Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Central Businesses Bloc’s Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, from February 2020./.
