On April 20, the Standing Committee of Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee organized an online conference on topical news in 2021 for key cadres and party members at all levels in the province. The conference was held online to 125 bridge points across the province, with the participation of more than 9,000 delegates.

Speaking at the conference, Head of Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee Commission of Popularization and Education Lam Tan Hoa suggested that after the conference, media agencies, levels and branches in the province should promote dissemination on the Resolution implementation, thereby helping people to better understand the foreign affairs policies of the Party and State; consolidating trust, strengthening solidarity to overcome difficulties and challenges, and raising awareness and action among Party members and each citizen to fulfill citizenship obligations in the election of national deputies and People's Councils at all levels.

Deputy Head of Steering Committee for External Information Affairs, and Director of the Department of External Information and International Cooperation under the Party Central Committee Commission of Popularization and Education Le Hai Binh reported on the situation in the world and foreign affairs of the Party and the State over the past time; and basic issues in the implementation of the Resolution of the 13^th National Party Congress./.
