(13th Congress) - The southern province of Binh Duong has been asked to overcome difficulties to realize well the Politburo directives, thus ensuring economic development, political stability, defence and security, and external relations by Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC Commission on Organization.

He made the statement during his working meeting on July 30th with the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee on realizing the Politburo Directive 35 on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress, and the Politburo Directive 45 on the leadership of the election for deputies to the 15th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels term 2021-2026.
During the meeting, he also asked the province to better realize the PCC resolution on Party building and rectification, and the Politburo Directive 05 on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.
Regarding the political report to be submitted to the 11th provincial Party Congress, he said it needed to stress Party leadership over the political system, point out advantages and weaknesses, and draw experience after 5 years.
He emphasized to select adequate personnel to the Party Executive Committee in the new term.
In terms of directions and tasks in the coming time, Binh Duong was requested to clarify breakthrough solutions, especially solutions to mobilize resources among people and businesses. “Binh Duong needs to build solidarity in the Party, while strengthening political security and social order ahead of the provincial Party Congress term 2020-2025./.
