(13th Congress) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed and issued Decision 586/QD-TTg approving the additional election of personnel of the Binh Thuan People’s Committee.

Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, member of the Executive Board of the Binh Thuan Party Committee, Director of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment, was approved to be Deputy Chairman of the Binh Thuan People’s Committee for the 2016-2021 term.
Mr. Nguyen Van Phong was born in 1967, in Mui Ne precinct, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province.
He has held the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, Director of the Department of Finance and Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Thuan./.
