(13th Party Congress) - The 13th Party Congress of the Central Agencies Bloc (term 2020-2025) will be organized from October 27 to 29 in Hanoi, with the participation of 300 official delegates, representing more than 82,000 party members of 6,000 party cells.

This information was announced by Mr. Son Minh Thang, PCC member and Secretary of the Central Agencies Bloc Party Committee, in a press conference held on October 19th, in Hanoi.
The Congress will discuss and evaluate the results of performance of the Central Agencies Bloc Party Committee (term 2015-2020), define orientation, targets, tasks and solutions for the 2020-2025 term; discuss and contribute ideas to draft Documents submitted to the 13th National Party Congress; elect the Executive Board for the 2020-2025 term; and elect deputies to attend the 13th National Party Congress.
The draft Political Report which will be submitted to the 13th National Party Congress affirmed that in the international and domestic context of many advantages, difficulties and challenges, under the leadership and guidance of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Bloc Party Committee focused on directing all aspects of Party building with high determination and great efforts, especially key and breakthrough tasks.
The draft Political Report also mentions orientations, targets, key tasks and breakthrough solutions for the next term./.
