Attending the congress on September 5, Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Secretariat and Head of the PCC Commission on Organization, confirmed that over the past 5 years, HCMA had gained important results.

He urged the committee to renew leadership, promptly give consultancy to the PCC, Politburo and Secretariat on scientific theory, and focus on increasing research which helps protect ideological foundation of the Party, thus struggling against wrong and hostile viewpoints.

Agreeing with Pham Minh Chinh, Nguyen Xuan Thang stressed that in the new term, HCMA would be determined to successfully realize 3 breakthroughs in leading to renew the cadre training contents and programs; modernize training methodology and management; and increase scientific research and effectively join the provision of scientific grounds for the development and completion of the guidelines and policies of the Party and State.

He encouraged the pointing out of weaknesses in the last term as well as the current challenges to draw experience and work out orientations, targets, tasks and solutions for the 2020-2025 period as well as the vision to 2030./.
