Hanoi Election Committee starts to receive candidates’ dossiers for deputies of NA and People's Councils

Accordingly, Hanoi Election Committee announced: Form of dossiers for candidates for 15th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 term are regulated at Resolution No. 41/NQ-HDBCQG on January 18, 2021 by the National Election Council on instruction for candidate dossiers, election ballot forms, rules of voting rooms and forms of documents used in the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and deputies of People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, posted on the web portal of the National Assembly and the website of Hanoi Department of Home Affairs, or can receive dossier forms at Hanoi Department of Home Affairs.

The location to receive the candidacy dossiers for deputies of the 15th National Assembly and the Hanoi People's Council for the 2021-2026 term is the headquarters of standing office of Hanoi Election Committee at No. 18B, Le Thanh Tong Street, Phan Chu Trinh Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

Time to receive dossiers: during working hours on weekdays, starting from February 22 and ending at 5pm of March 14, 2021. On Saturday of March 13, 2021 and Sunday of March 14, 2021, Hanoi Election Committee will be on duty during working hours to receive dossiers.

Previously, on February 9, 2021, Hanoi Election Committee issued Decision No. 14/QD-UBBC on fixing the number of election units, the list of election units and the number of deputies elected in each election unit to the Hanoi People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

Specifically, the number of election units is 30, and the number of deputies elected is 95./.
