Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has signed a Decision approving the results of the additional election for the position of Vice Chairman of Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021 for Mr. Quach Tat Liem, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of Hoa Binh Provincial Department of Planning and Investment.

Comrade Quach Tat Liem was born in 1968, and is a native of Thong Nhat commune, Lac Thuy district, Hoa Binh province. He has held the following positions: Chairman of People's Committee of Lac Thuy district, and Deputy Director, then Director, of the Department of Hoa Binh Provincial Planning and Investment./.
