Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong was born in 1968, in Tri Qua commune, Thuan Thanh district, Bac Ninh province. He has a Master’s degree in Economics. He has also held the positions of Deputy Director of the Bac Ninh Department of Planning and Investment, Secretary of the Thuan Thanh district Party Committee and Director of the Bac Ninh Department of Finance.

At the session, delegates of the Bac Ninh provincial People’s Council agreed to release Mr. Nguyen Hu Thanh as Deputy Chairman of the 18th Bac Ninh People’s Committee (term 2016-2021) for retirement. They also agreed to release Mr. Vu Chi Kien, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh city Party Committee, and Chairman of the Bac Ninh city People’s Council, from the tasks of the 18th provincial people’s Council for retirement.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung was released as  Head of the provincial People’s Council’s Legal Department for retirement, and Mr. Ngo Van Lien, former Director of the Department of Education and Trainning, was released as a  member of the provincial People’s Committee due to being assigned another task./.
