(13th Congress) - On December 9, the 21st session of the 14th Ninh Binh People’s Council (term 2016-2021) continued its third working day to release and elect additional Chairmen and Deputy Chairmen of the provincial People’s Committee.

Accordingly, 100% of delegates of the Ninh Binh People’s Council agreed and approved the draft Resolution of releasing Mr. Dinh Van Dien from the position of Chairman of the 14th Ninh Binh People’s Committee (term 2016-2021). At the same time, the session introduced personnel for Chairman of the 14th provincial People’s Committee (term 2016-2021).
100% of delegates agreed to vote by secret ballot on Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Party Committee and Deputy Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (term 2016-2021), as Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (term 2016-2021).
As a result, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc was elected Chairman of the 14th Ninh Binh People’s Committee (term 2016-2021).
On the same day, the provincial People’s Council released Nguyen Ngoc Thach from the position of Deputy Chairman of the 14th Ninh Binh People’s Committee (term 2016-2021).
On the basis of the report on personnel introduction, all delegates of the Ninh Binh People’s Council agreed and adopted draft Resolution of electing Mr. Tran Song Tung, member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Department of Finance, and Mr. Nguyen Cao Son, member of the Executive Board of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Tam Diep City Party Committee as Deputy Chairmen of the 14th Ninh Binh Provincial People’s Committee (term 2016-2021)./.
