On December 9, the delegation attending the 10th National Patriotic Emulation Congress visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and offered incense at the Monument of Fallen Soldiers at Bac Son street.
In a solemn atmosphere, the leaders of the Party, State and delegations paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, expressing infinite gratitude to the beloved leader, Hero of the national liberation, and great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution.
Following that, the delegation of leaders of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front and delegates to the 10th National Patriotic Emulation Congress placed a wreath at the Memorial of Fallen Soldiers.
