(13th Congress) - According to the Management Board of Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism, the "Great Unity of Ethnic Groups - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage" week 2020 will take place at the Village from November 16 to 23, 2020.

The event was organized by the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to mark the 90th anniversary of the traditional day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2020); to celebrate the success of Party Congresses at all levels towards to the 13th National Party Congress and the 75th anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23, 1945 - November 23, 2020).
According to the Deputy Head of the Management Board of the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism Trinh Ngoc Chung, the event will consist of eight main groups of activities. The highlight will be the opening program and the ceremony to praise 90 typical examples in patriotic emulation campaigns, movements, and building the grassroots cultural life.
Activities such as a seminar promoting the role of typical people in building great unity and preserving national cultural values, photo exhibition on 90 years of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and performances of folk singing and southern traditional foods will be held.
On this occasion, a number of traditional festivals and special customs and practices of ethnic minorities in the Village will be introduced./.
