The contest aims to contribute to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels, term 2020 - 2025, especially the Resolution of the 19th Bac Giang Provincial Party Congress, to quickly bringing the resolution to life.

This is the third time the contest has been held. The second contest, for the period 2015 – 2020, received more than 700 entries, of which nearly 300 were suitable for the topic in the publications of Bac Giang Newspaper. Through five preliminary rounds, a total of 75 works were selected for the final round and 25 typical works were considered for awards.

After 2 rounds, the contest drew the participation of many writers in and outside of Bac Giang province. The contest  provided information about the Party’s policies and the State’s laws, praised and replicated new factors with many achievements in leadership, direction and implementation of the Party's resolutions.

The Organizing Committee wishes that all levels, branches and localities will contribute to disseminating and successfully organizing the resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels, term 2020 - 2025, especially directions and resolutions on party building, socio-economic development, defense and security assurance.

Participants are reporters and collaborators inside and outside the province. Works will be published in Bac Giang  provincial newspaper and appear with the contest logo. Entries must be sent by May 30, 2025.

The Organizing Committee will review the contest and organize an award ceremony on the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 2025). Every year, the Organizing Committee will conduct preliminary review, evaluation, selection and commendation of up to 15 typical works on the occasion of celebrating Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, June 21./.
