In order to well implement the Politburo's Directive 35-CT/ TW on May 30, 2019 on "the Party Congresses at all levels to the 13th National Party Congress", the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee (PCC) has assigned the PCC Commission of Popularization and Education to direct the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper to build and operate the Website.

At the event, Mr. Tran Quoc Vuong, Politburo member and Permanent member of the PCC Secretariat, delivered an important speech, directing the PCC Commission of Popularization and Education and the Editorial Board of the website.

Mr. Vo Van Thuong, Politburo member, Secretary of the PCC and Head of the PCC Commission of Popularization and Education, delivered a speech, steering press agencies and the website on promoting dissemination on basic contents of draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress; preparing to organize collection of ideas of all classes of people to the draft documents on mass media.

On behalf of the Politburo and the PCC Secretariat, Mr. Tran Quoc Vuong, Politburo member and permanent member of the PCC Secretariat; Mr. Vo Van Thuong, Politburo member, secretary of the PCC, and Head of the PCC Commission of Popularization and Education, officially pressed the button to launch the website.

The website is the official information channel on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress.

The website provides official data and information for cadres, Party members and classes of people to access documents and make contributions to the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress and other information related to the Congress; helping encourage the patriotic emulation movements, strengthen solidarity and unity in the Party and the people, foster confidence in the Party's leadership, trust in the renewal process initiated and led by the Party in the new period.

This is the fifth consecutive National Party Congress (since the 9th National Party Congress) the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper has been assigned to work with relating units to develop and operate the official website on the National Party Congress.

In realization of directions from leaders of the PCC Commission on Popularization and Education, the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper is in charge of operating the website in coordination with relevant units such as the 13th National Party Congress Press Center; Vietnam News Agency, People's Newspaper, Vietnam Television and the Voice of Vietnam.

The website runs in the 6 languages of Vietnamese, English, French, Chinese, Spanish and Russian; which are expressed in modern multi-media forms.

In which, the Vietnamese webpage consists of 8 columns, namely: News with four sub-categories: congress information, results of party congresses at all levels, international friends with congress, and emulation movement; contributing ideas to congress documents with three sub-categories: draft document, new points in draft documents, contributing ideas to draft documents; meeting delegates; congresses with 2 sub-categories: from congress to congress, materials and documents; online roundtable; FAQ; Televison; and Mutimedia.

In addition, there is also a document database system with many innovations and beautiful presentation; placed right after outstanding news with 6 sub-categories with its own banner including: the General Secretary, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the PCC, Centrally-governed Party Committees, Documents, and Congress Guide.

For five foreign languages, including English, French, Chinese, Spanish, and Russian, each webpage includes four columns: News, Congress Documents, Numbers and Events, and Multimedia 

With a system of databases, information, images and videos about Party Congress at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress, which is promptly and continuously updated; the website will satisfy the need of providing information to domestic press agencies and foreign reporters. It also satisfies the need of information of cadres, Party members and people of the country, overseas Vietnamese and international friends interested in the 13th National Party Congress./.
