Specifically, in Decision 2039 / QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the result of the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Hung Nam, Secretary of Kim Dong District Party Committee, to the position of Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021.

Nguyen Hung Nam, Secretary of Kim Dong District Party Committee, was elected to the position of Vice Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021.

In Decision 2062/QD-TTg, Decision 2066/QD-TTg, Decision 2068/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the additional election, as Vice Chairmen of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021 of Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Member of the Standing Board of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of Long Thanh District Party Committee and Chairman of Long Thanh District People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang, Member of the Standing Board of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Director of Dong Nai Provincial Department of Science and Technology; and Mr. Vo Van Phi, Member of Standing Board of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial Farmers' Association.

At the same time, in Decision 2061/QD-TTg, Decision 2063/QD-TTg and Decision 2064/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the release from their positions as Vice Chairmen of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021 of: Ms. Nguyen Hoa Hiep, to retire early and enjoy the prescribed regimes and policies; and of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung and Mr. Tran Van Vinh to stop working to wait for retirement and enjoy the prescribed regimes and policies.

In Decision 2080/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the results of additional election of Mr. Vu A Bang, member of the Standing Board of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Dien Bien Dong District Party Committee, and Chairman of Dien Bien Dong District People's Council, to the position of Vice Chairman of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee for the term 2016-2021/.
