Accordingly, the meeting announced Decision 1905 by the Prime Minister on November 23, 2020, approving the election result for the position of Chairman of the Hau Giang Provincial People’s Committee for the 2016-2021 for Mr. Dong Van Thanh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee for the 2016-2021 term.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Dong Van Thanh said that he will accompany the Provincial People’s Committee to uphold the solidarity spirit and run the administration to comprehensively carry out socio-economic development tasks in the province, especially implementing the resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, resolution on socio-economic development plan for the period of 2021-2025 and resolution on socio-economic development in 2021.       

He also confirmed that he will continue to study to improve his knowledge, practice his morality, and listen to ideas from people and businesses to innovate and complete the leadership mode to create the high agreement in society to achieve the target of building Hau Giang to become a prosperous, beautiful and civilized province./.
