On October 5, the Ninh Binh Party Committee organized a press conference to inform preparations for the 22nd Party Congress. Mr. Tran Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, chaired the event.
The Congress will be attended by 339 delegates. In addition, the event will have 335 guests.
As scheduled, the preparation session with 12 contents will be held on October 20, the official session will take place on October 21 with many important contents such as the opening ceremony, brief presentation of political report submitted to the 21st Ninh Binh Party Congress (term 2015-2020), election of the Executive Board, the Standing Board, Secretary, Deputy Secretaries, Party Committee’s Commission for Inspection, and Chairman of the Commission (term 2020-2025).
A representative of the Ninh Binh Party Committee’s Inspection for Organization said the Congress will introduce 53 comrades to elect 48 members to the Executive Board (term 2020-2025).
The Executive Board will convene the first session to elect the Standing Board and elect Secretary and Deputy Secretaries.
The Congress will elect a delegation of 20 members to attend the 13th National Party Congress./.
