Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Head of the Department of Economic Zones Management under the Ministry of Planning and Investment, was appointed as Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment under the Decision 613/QD-TTg by the Prime Minister.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc was born in 1971 from the central province of Nghe An.
Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, Ms. Ngoc has held the following positions: Deputy Head of Foreign Investment Department and Head of Economic Zones Management Department, under the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
So far, the Ministry of Planning and Investment has five Deputy Ministers, including Mr. Nguyen Van Trung, Mr. Vo Thanh Thong, Mr. Tran Quoc Phuong, Mr. Tran Duy Dong and Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc./.
