(13th Congress) - Tran Quoc Vuong, Politburo member, and standing member of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Secretariat asked emulation and rewards to be held suitable for the work and political task of the Office of the Party Central Committee, and emulation movements must have specific and practical contents and be well organized, during the PCC Office’s 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress, term 2020-2025, held on July 16th.

During the congress, the delegates focused on discussing and proposing good solutions to realize well emulation movements, including combining the movements with conducting political tasks; promptly praising outstanding individuals.
Addressing the congress, Tran Quoc Vuong noted that emulation and rewards played an important role in realizing each locality’s, agency’s and individual’s tasks. “In particular, the Office of the PCC must connect emulation movements with realizing well assigned tasks,” he said.
He urged the PCC Office to do well emulation movements to contribute to heightening the efficiency of consultancy for the PCC.
“The realization of emulation movements must also be connected with increasing the quality of studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style,” he added.
According to Tran Quoc Vuong, the rewards must take consideration of the results of realization of political tasks, while good models should be expanded and praised.
He also said from now until the end of this year, the PCC Office should focus its work on helping the Politburo and Secretariat direct the successful realization of tasks in 2020 and the development plans for 2016-2020 period, and the successful organization of the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress./.
