Praising the provincial Party Committee’s implementation of the directive, Vo Van Thuong said it helped ensure quality of Party Congresses at grassroots levels, and increase cadres’ and Party members’ awareness in organizing Party Congresses. He also appreciated the thorough and careful organization of Party Congresses at grassroots levels, which he said succeeded in promoting cadres’ intellectual contribution.

He stressed that in the near future, Dak Lak province needed to continue to realize well the directive by successfully holding the upper grassroots level Party Congresses and the provincial Party Congress; overcoming the consequences caused by natural disasters and pandemics to achieve socio-economic development targets; increasing people’s living standards; and enhancing solidarity among groups.

According to Vo Van Thuong, one of the important issues is to continue completing and increasing the quality of draft political reports to be submitted to the 17th provincial Party Congress term 2020-2025, so that it can reflect the vision, aspiration and political determination of the provincial Party Committee and the people. “The preparation of the Party Congress documents is convenient, especially the Politburo’s issue of Conclusion 67-KL/TW on building and developing Buon Ma Thuot city to 2030 with a vision until 2045, in which the city is identified to develop into an urban center of the Central Highlands, thus developing Dak Lak into a strong and ecological province of rich identity.

He urged the provincial Party Committee to focus on contributing ideas to the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress; thoroughly preparing sufficient personnel for the 2020-2025 term; and ensuring political security and social order.

During the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Pham Minh Tan said that as of July 6th, Dak Lak province had completed 97.5% of grassroots Party Congresses, while the Party Congresses at district level were expected to be completed by August 30th./.
