(13th Congress) – An online dialogue “Issues from model grassroots upper level party congress at present” started at 8:30 a.m on July 3rd, 2020.
The event was held by the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper to implement Directive 35-CT/TW of May 30th, 2019, of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress; Announcement 396-TB/BTGTW of the Party Central Committee Commission of Popularization and Education, approving a project on the page “Communist Party of Vietnam – the 13th Congress”.
It drew the participation of Comrade Vu Duc Bao, Member of Standing Board of Hanoi City Party Committee and Head of Hanoi City Party Committee Commission of Organization; Comrade Dao Khanh Ha, Member of Standing Board of Hai Phong City Party Committee and Head of Hai Phong City Party Committee Commission of Popularization and Education; and Comrade Le Dinh Long, Member of Standing Board of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Hai Duong City Party Committee.
The exchange aims at evaluating the initial results of organizing model grassroots upper level party congress on the basis of drawing experience in the organization, direction, administration, evaluation of advantages and disadvantages, identifying the causes and drawing lessons to implement synchronously and effectively model grassroots upper level party congress based on the term of 2020-2025 in the near future.
Participants focus on dissemination before, during and after the congress; preparation of documents submitted to the Congress; personnel work; and situations arising at the Congress.
Online exchanges are posted, summarized, videotaped and broadcasted on the page "Vietnam Communist Party – The 13th Congress" and the Communist Party of Vietnam Online Newspaper.
