Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 56/KH-UBND on March 9, 2021 on information and communications about the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly (NA) and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

Communication work on the election of deputies to the 15th NA and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term has been carried out in 3 stages, starting from January 2021 with the peak time from April to the date of election on May 23, 2021 and after the end of the election, announcing the election results.
The communication work aims to create consensus in awareness, political ideology and action in the Party, consensus in the society to organize the election of deputies to the 15th NA and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term in Hanoi city to achieve high results, ensuring democracy, equality, compliance with the law, safety and thrift, and it is truly a festival of the people.
At the same time, it also encourages the entire Party, the entire people and the whole army to unite, innovate and, be determined to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.
The communication work aims to help officials, Party members and people clearly understand the role and position of the NA, People’s Councils at all levels; citizen’s rights and responsibilities when joining the election; regulations, process and time to implement election work to actively participate in the election and choose worthy people to elect as deputies of the NA and People’s Councils at all levels.
The Hanoi People's Committee asks the election communication to follow the direction, political and ideological orientation of the Party and National Election Council, Hanoi Party Committee and Hanoi Election Committee./.
