The Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs has held a conference to give comments on draft Documents of the 13th Nation Party Congress. Deputy Secretary of the ministry Party Committee Le Van Hoat hosted the event.

In his opening speech, Deputy Secretary Le Van Hoat affirmed that the conference aims to gather and promote the intellect cadres, civil servants, employees and workers of central agencies who are not party members to contribute their ideas to the Party in planning important policies and guidelines of the country.
At the event, delegates gave their opinions on draft Documents of the 13th National Party Congress, including: draft political report to be submitted to the 13th National Party Congress, draft final report of socio-economic development strategy from 2011 to 2020, building socio-economic development strategy from 2021 to 2030; report on evaluation of the result of socio-economic development duties from 2016 to 2020, and; direction and duties for socio-economic development from 2021 to 2025.
Representatives of organizations such as Trade Union and Youth Union of the ministry made practical suggestions on developing high-quality human resources, gender equality, developing education and training and promoting the factor of science-technology; wage parity; administrative reform; quality of public services and cultural factors.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Le Van Hoa praised the enthusiastic and responsible speeches and comments of representatives of organizations, unions, civil servants and employees of the ministry. The speeches and comments will contribute more voices and perspectives in order to build the Documents with both theoretical basis and high practicality./.
