(13th Congress) - As planned, the northern province of Hai Duong will organize conferences to study and thoroughly grasp the Resolution of the 17th provincial Party Congress at all levels from provincial to grassroots level and at party committees.
The studying and thorough grasping of the Resolution at the provincial, district and grassroots levels will be completed in December 2020.

At a session of the Standing Board of the Hai Duong Party Committee held on November 10, Secretary Pham Xuan Thang said that thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the 17th provincial Party Congress must focus on core and key issues; especially new contents and new tasks, in association with the reality of each locality in the province.
At the same time, he asked party committees at all levels not to organize conferences of thoroughly grasping and studying the Resolution integrated with meetings of the Executive Board.
Together with the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations should promote their role in popularizing the Resolution to members and all classes of people. The district party committee should expand the subjects of studying in order to help the Resolution be widely spread throughout the Party and people./.
