(13th Congress) - According to the Hanoi City Party Committee Commission of Organization, the Standing Board of the Hanoi City Party Committee has decided to present Party badges to 4,107 Party members on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917 – November 7, 2020).

31 cadres will receive the 75-year Party badge. 22 receive the 70-year Party badge. 120 receive the 65-year Party badge. 228 receive the 60-year Party badge. 926 receive the 55-year Party badge. 181 receive the 50-year Party badge. The rest receive the 40-year Party badge and the 30-year Party badge.
On November 4, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hanoi City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen presented the 75-year Party badge to Pham Thi Mut, Party member of Thuong Thanh Precinct Party Committee in Long Bien district, at her own house.
Comrade Pham Thi Mut, was born on November 15, 1920, in Thuong Thanh Precinct, Long Bien district. She was admitted to the Party on October 25, 1946.
Awarding Badges and giving flowers to congratulate Party member Pham Thi Mut, Standing Deputy Secretary of Hanoi City Party Committee expressed her appreciation and thanks to Mrs. Mut’s contributions. The awarding of the Party badge is not only the honor and pride of individual party members and their families, but also the joy of the Long Bien District Party Committee and Hanoi City Party Committee.
She wished Mrs. Mut good health and longevity and hoped that the Party member would continue to encourage her children and grandchildren to make the best efforts to contribute to the development of the county and the city./.
