At Ha Long, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ky, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council presented a Decision appointing Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu, Standing Deputy Secretary of Ha Long city Party Committee, to join the Executive Board, the Standing Board and to be Secretary of the Cam Pha city Party Committee. 

At Uong Bi, Mr. Ngo Hoang Ngan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Party Committee, presented a Decision releasing Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong from the position of Director of the Department of Justice to join the Executive Board, the Standing Board and hold the position of Secretary of the Uong Bi city Party Committee. 

In addition, the Quang Ninh Party Committee also announced the following Decisions: 

Mr. Nguyen Van Hoi, member of the Quang Ninh Party Committee’s Standing Board and Deputy Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, was appointed as Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Mass Mobilization. 

Mr. Nguyen Hong Duong, Secretary of the Cam Pha city Party Committee, was assigned as Director of the Department of Planning and Investment. 

Mr. Tran Nhu Long, Secretary of the Co To district Party Committee and Chairman of the district People’s Committee, was appointed Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. 

Mr. Pham Ngoc Vinh, Director of the Department of Finance, was trusted to be Director of the Quang Ninh Industrial and Civil Construction and Investment Project Management Board.

Mr. Tran Van Lam, Secretary of the Uong Bi city Party Committee, was appointed to be Director of the Department of Finance. 

In addition, to carry out the personnel work for the new term, the Quang Ninh Party Committee also presented 9 Decisions to leaders of departments and branches who retire early or wait for retirement. 

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Ky affirmed that the appointment of the above personnel is the next step after the Quang Ninh provincial Party Congress./.
