Speaking at the meeting, he highly appreciated the activities held by the National Assembly delegation from Quang Ninh province in the past term.
The work of monitoring activities and resolving complaints and denunciations was paid its due attention, he added.
The Politburo member suggested Quang Ninh continues to focus on taking advantages of its potential and strength and implement in a methodical, seriously and creative manner the policies of the Party and State, as well as successfully realise the resolutions of the party congresses at all levels.
The province should also successfully organise the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and all-level People’s Councils for the 2021-2026 tenure, an important political campaign and extensive democratic activity for people from all strata, he said./.
