The Standing Board of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee has held a conference to thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Committee's Congress, term 2020- 2025.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang said that the highlight is the preparation of the political report, which is conducted scientifically, methodically and meticulously. The political report is really the crystallized product of the intellect and bravery of the entire Party Committee.

He also analyzed, clarified and highlighted the meaning of each element in the congress's motto and theme. 

He also made general assessment and analysis, clarifying outstanding results in each field of implementation of the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020; clarified the limitations, difficulties, the causes of the limitations and difficulties; lessons; main directions, targets, breakthroughs and key programs in the new term./.
