(13th Congress) - With the spirit of “Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creation - Development”, the 16th Ca Mau Party Congress (term 2020-2025) successfully closed on October 28 and fulfilled contents set by programs of the congress.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai re-elected Secretary of Ca Mau
At the first session, the Executive Board of the 16th Ca Mau Party Committee elected the Standing Board, the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Inspection, Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the Party Committee’s Commission for Inspection (term 2020-2025).
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai was re-elected as Secretary of the 16th Ca Mau Party Committee; elected as Deputy Secretaries are Mr. Le Quan and Mr. Huynh Quoc Viet. Mr. Le Minh Y was elected as Chairman of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Inspection.
The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 13th National Party Congress.
The Congress agreed to approve the Resolution with objectives, targets, tasks and solutions; identifying 5 key tasks and 3 breakthrough development stages in the 2020-2025 term.
By 2030, Ca Mau strives to grow rapidly and sustainably with economic size increasing by 1.5 fold compared to 2025. GRDP per capita strives to match the general rate of the country./.
