Hoang Duy Chinh elected Secretary of Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee (Source: nhandan.com.vn)

At the first session, the Executive Board of the 12th Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee elected 13 members to the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee.

Ms. Phuong Thi Thanh, Standing Vice Chairwoman of Provincial People's Council and Deputy Head of Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, was elected to the position of Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee.

The meeting also elected the Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection, including 11 members. Mr. Le Duoc Trung was re-elected to the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee Commission of Inspection, term 2020-2025.

The Congress elected 16 representatives to officially attend the 13th National Party Congress.

Comrade Hoang Duy Chinh was born in 1968 in Nam Cuong commune, Cho Don district, Bac Kan province. He is master of law. He joined the Party on February 7, 1995./.
