(13th Congress) - With the content of praising the Party and Uncle Ho, a mobile dissemination contest welcoming Party Congresses at all levels and towards the 13th National Party Congress will take place from November 2 to 9 in 13 provinces and cities nationwide.

The 13 localities include Tay Ninh, An Giang, Ca Mau, Dong Thap, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Long An, Soc Trang, Tien Giang, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Ben Tre and Can Tho City.
The event will also mark the 80th anniversary of the Southern Vietnam Uprising.
The contest focuses on the following contents: Praising the glorious Party, the great Uncle Ho, the patriotic tradition, the will of self-reliance and self-reliance, overcoming difficulties and challenges of our army and people; praising the country's achievements in renovation; and examples and models in the process of building new rural areas and building a civilized city./.
