(13th Congress) - The Secretariat has just decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Tuong Van, Deputy Minister of Construction, to join the Executive Board, the Standing Board and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh provincial Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025.

The Quang Ninh Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on staff work on October 29.
At the conference, on behalf of the Secretariat, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, PCC member and Deputy Head of the PCC Commission of Organization, handed the Decision to Mr. Nguyen Tuong Van.
In his speech at the event, the new Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Party Committee committed that he would be determined to bring all his abilities, knowledge and enthusiasm to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity to overcome all difficulties and challenges to make Quang Ninh develop and successfully realize the contents of the Resolution of the 15th Quang Ninh Party Congress.
Mr. Nguyen Tuong Van was born in 1971 in Hai Phong. He has qualifications of Doctor of Economics from Australia National University and high-level political theory./.
