(13th Congress) – The Standing Committee of the National Assembly has just issued Resolution 1054/NQ-UBTVQH14 approving the election of Chairwoman of the 16th Vinh Phuc People’s Council (term 2016-2021) of Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Lan from October 30, 2020.
The NA Standing Committee approved the election of 16th Vinh Phuc People’s Council (term 2016-2021) of Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Lan
The Resolution clearly states that the Vinh Phuc People’s Council, Permanent Members of the provincial People’s Council and Ms Hoang Thi Thuy Lan are responsible for realizing this Resolution.
Ms Hoang Thi Thuy Lan was born in 1966, in Ngo Quyen precinct, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province. She has qualification as a Master of Law.
She is a PCC member, Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Party Committee in the 2020-2025 period and Head of the 14th NA deputy delegation of Vinh Phuc.
She was elected Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Party Committee in May 2015 and was re-elected Secretary of the 16th and 17th provincial Party Committee in October 2015 and October 2020.
Earlier, she has experience in the positions of Deputy Secretary, Head of the Vinh Phuc Party Committee’s Commission of Organization, Chairwoman of the provincial Labor Federation, and Secretary of the Vinh Phuc provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
In Resolution 1053/NQ-UBTVQH14, the NA Standing Committee approved the result of releasing Mr. Tran Van Vinh from Chairman of the 16th Vinh Phuc People’s Council (term 2016-2021)./.
