The book is published on the 25th anniversary of Vietnam joining ASEAN and in celebration of the successes in 2020, the year Vietnam is the Chair of ASEAN.
The book has drawn the participation of 25 authors who were senior leaders of the Government of Vietnam, ASEAN member countries, ASEAN Secretariat and prestigious scholars.
The articles reflect the 25-year process of Vietnam since joining ASEAN, including the decisions, the assessments of friends and the international community, building sharp images with valuable documents about the steps of Vietnam in ASEAN.
The book is the product of a cooperation between the ASEAN National Secretariat 2020 - the standing agency assisting the ASEAN National Committee 2020, and the National Political Publishing House./.
