(13th Congress) – The northern province of Ninh Binh’s draft political report, the contents and personnel work of the upcoming provincial Party Congress received high consensus from Tran Quoc Vuong, Politburo member and a standing member of the Party Central Committee (PCC) Secretariat.

On August 26, he led a Politburo and PCC Secretariat delegation to contribute to the province’s draft documents and personnel work for the 22nd provincial Party Congress term 2020-2025.
According to Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, PCC member and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee in the 2015-2020 term, the province has completed 13 of 15 targets set in the 21st provincial Party Committee resolution, notably the achievements in high economic growth, high collection of budget, strong growth in tourism, better social welfare, and good results in Party building, defence and security protection.
She noted that in the upcoming Party Congress, the province identified the subject of building the pure and strong Party and political system; promoting democracy and solidarity strength, historic and cultural value of the Hoa Lu ancient capital; boosting socio-economic comprehensive development and building Ninh Binh into a center of developed tourism.
Appreciating the province’s documents and personnel plan, members of the Politburo and PCC Secretariat said that the documents’ contents reflected new thinking and put forth strategic solutions for stronger development.
During the meeting, Tran Quoc Vuong confirmed that the province had gained sufficient conditions for organizing the provincial Party Congress term 2020-2025, urging it to continue to promote the solidarity and cultural value of the historic Hoa Lu ancient capital to boost green and sustainable development./.
