(13th Congress) - The central province of Ninh Thuan’s housing development program in the period 2021 - 2025 is expected to use total capital of over VND9.878 trillion, according to the program on social development for the period 2021 - 2025 with an orientation to 2030 newly issued by the Provincial People’s Committee.

Accordingly, the province is particularly interested in improving the quality of housing for people with economic difficulties and policy beneficiaries.
Based on the forecast of housing demand, Ninh Thuan sets the target, by 2025, to support the construction of 1,118 houses for revolutionary contributors; 7,268 houses for poor households; 770 houses for workers and 2,364 social houses to meet housing needs for cadres, civil servants, public employees, freelancers and low-income people.
Along with that, the province focused on building 18,827 individual houses; and the construction of 1,964 commercial houses and 236 official houses to meet the housing needs of different groups of residents.
In order to promote the development of the housing market, Ninh Thuan has mechanisms and policies to support housing for social policy beneficiaries, low-income people and the poor with housing difficulties, contributing to ensuring social security and developing urban and rural areas in the direction of civilization and modernization.
To obtain the target, it will focus on creating and implementing planning projects, designing and managing construction investment; promoting the mobilization of investment resources from the central and local levels, combining with the national target programs for sustainable poverty reduction and the program of building new-style rural areas; and collecting resources from organizations, unions and donors to facilitate the construction and repair of houses for revolutionary contributors, the poor and other policy beneficiaries.
In addition, the province also encourages and creates conditions for all economic sectors to invest in the development of commercial housing and social housing./.
