In accordance with Decisions 3014, 3015, 3016 and 3018/QD-UBND issued Chairman of the Vinh Long provincial People’s Committee Lu Quang Ngoi on November 6, 2020; Mr. Vo Quoc Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, was appointed Director of the Department; Mr. Duong Binh Han, Head of the Economics and Foreign Affairs Office of the provincial People’s Committee, was assigned to be Deputy Chief of the Office of the provincial People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tien, Head of the Planning and Architecture Office of the Department of Construction, was appointed Deputy Director of the Vinh Long Department of Construction; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Ha, Head of the Personnel Office of the Department of Education and Training, was trusted to be Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Earlier, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Vinh Long People’s Committee Le Quang Trung signed Decision 1061/QD-UBND to appoint Mr. Huynh Trung Toan as Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. 

The Standing Board of the Vinh Long Party Committee requested the  urgent consolidation and arrangement of the positions to ensure operations of branches and localities. 

At the same time, it also requested further promotion of the results of the provincial Party Congress, outstanding achievements in Party building, and socio-economic development; especially urgently concretizing action plans to realize the Resolution of the 11th Vinh Long Party Congress./.
