(13th Congress) - Party Committees in HCMC have held ceremonies to present Party badges to Party members in localities in the city to mark the 103rd anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917 – November 7, 2020).

Speaking at a ceremony, Secretary of District 3 Party Committee Pham Thanh Kien reviewed the memories about the revolution, as well as the great achievements that the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army have made over the past time.
Mr. Kien emphasized that, together with HCMC, the Party Committee, authorities and people of District 3 always uphold the spirit of solidarity, striving to overcome many difficulties. Since then, the district has achieved many important results in all fields and contributed to building an increasingly civilized, modern district.
On this occasion, 62 Party members in District 3 received Party badges. Nguyen Dinh Tieu from Precinct 6 Party Committee was presented the 70-year Party badge. 3 received 60-year Party badges; 7 received 55-year Party badges; and 5 received 50-year Party badges.
District 3 Party Committee also admitted to the Party 42 outstanding people./.
